Director of Children & Youth Ministries

The Director of Children & Youth ministries leads pre-school thru 12th grade students to Love God and Love Others in a Christian commuity, empowering them to grow as Christian disciples and equipping them to live their faith boldly in the world with all their heart, mind, soul and strength.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited:

1. Work with our Discipleship Ministries Team to create programming for children & youth all year long.

2. Strategically plan, set goals and shape budget requests for these designated areas of ministry.

3. Be the visionary, planner and leader of the youth ministries for those in 6th thru 12th grade.

4. Ensure adherence to the Fargo First United Methodist Church's Safe Sanctuary Policies.

5. Be present, seen and available to our volunteers, parents, children & youth on Sundays during regular worship hours and throughout the week, especially Wednesdays.
